In 2021, many factories have experienced lengthy production shutdowns, and pervasive quarantines and severely restricted air transportation have not been conducive to smooth business objectives. Raw material prices also increased significantly. Hence, we had to be ready for a similar scenario from the very beginning of 2022. We are still facing problems with the availability of electronic components.

On the other hand, however, the demand for electronics continues to grow. People are looking for more technological solutions, and the pandemic has also contributed to this, as it presents us with different challenges. Changes can already be seen in the immediate surroundings – more and more self-service checkouts are appearing, charging infrastructure for e-mobility is constantly developing.

“Elhurt EMS mission is to complete the Customer’s project as efficiently as possible. We respect his time, so we try to shorten the whole process to a minimum, of course, the quality must not suffer. In this difficult time, we have introduced streamlining measures to ensure continuity of supply. As far as the production of prototypes and small series is concerned, we focus on short assembly lead times.”

– Aleksandra Mielewczyk, Sales Development Manager of Prototypes and Small Series

As an experienced EMS provider, we try to approach each challenge very flexibly. Decision-making processes have to be expressive in order to minimize problems related to the lack of components. We hope that the next months will surprise us positively.
